My first Whitecaps game of the season was an "international friendly" between the USSL Whitecaps and the MLS Seattle Sounders. What was once a fabulous rivalry, has been fairly non existent due to two different leagues. It wasn't an exciting game, the final was a 0-0 draw, but it was the first game and hopefully they'll be more exciting as the season goes. Looking forward to the Whitecaps joining the MLS in 2011.
