For years my friends would purchase goods from the USA and send them to Point Roberts. For those unfamiliar, Point Roberts is a lone area separate from the rest of the USA, but attached to Canada. It comes from the drawing of the border along the 49th parallel. In any case, it’s cheaper to send things to a US address, than ship to Canada. Point Roberts has a mail center that provides the service, which is great for Canadians. Is it far? Not really. Is there traffic? Not really. Thank you, Point Roberts, USA.
