I refereed my first basketball game. The teams were in a pinch and I had enough knowledge to do it. I think I did alright, but I was amazed what you take for granted in terms of what you know, and I have a new appreciation for what they do. It is incredibly difficult to watch everything and be completely confident with the call you make. It was fun, I hope to have more opportunities.
